These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any commercial engagement with Prodigy, which is set out in a separate signed agreement.

1. Who operates this site

2. The purpose of this site

This site provides general information about Prodigy, its proprietary AiRox framework and its work. It is intended as a description of our capability and as a way to begin a conversation.

Nothing here is an offer, a warranty of any particular result, or professional advice for a specific situation. Any statement about a project's capability, performance or maturity is a general description, not a contractual commitment.

3. Portfolio and project references

Projects are labelled with their real maturity - deployed, delivered, product, in development, concept, or confidential capability. A system labelled in development is a working proof rather than a delivered engagement, and should not be read as a system in production. Client and institution names appear only where the relationship permits it, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Prodigy by that organisation.

Third-party names, trade marks and logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by Prodigy or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not republish, sell, rent, systematically extract or exploit any part of this site commercially without our written permission.

"AiRox" and "Prodigy" are used as the names of our framework and company respectively.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to place disproportionate load on the infrastructure, or to harvest data by automated means without permission. You agree not to submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

7. External links

Where this site links to a third-party website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodigy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

The handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
